5.How do you guarantee product quality before shipment?

Our state-of-the-art laboratory performs strict testing on every production lot:

Lab Testing: Tensile strength, yield point, elongation, zinc/paint layer thickness, impact testing, and salt spray resistance testing.

Mill Test Certificate: Every shipment includes an official Mill Test Certificate (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 3.1 standards.

6.Can we arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, CCIC) before loading?

Yes. We fully welcome independent third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), CCIC, or Intertek to inspect raw materials, dimensional tolerances, zinc thickness, and packaging at our mill or loading port prior to departure.

7.How are steel coils and sheets packaged for export?

We apply heavy-duty seaworthy export packaging to minimize the risk of corrosion and transport damage:

Coils: Each coil is wrapped in anti-rust VCI paper and waterproof plastic film, protected with galvanized steel outer sheets and steel corner protectors, and secured with radial and circumferential heavy-duty steel straps.

Sheets: Cut-to-length sheets are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets, wrapped with VCI/waterproof paper and plastic film, protected with steel corner guards, and secured with steel straps.

Fixation: Coils, bundles, and pallets are secured with wooden chocks and high-strength steel wire ropes inside containers to prevent shifting during ocean transit.

Container Protection: Desiccant bags and container liners can be added upon request.

Compliance: Wooden packaging complies with ISPM 15 requirements.

Inspection: Packaging photos and container loading videos can be provided before shipment.

8.What trade terms (Incoterms) and shipping modes do you offer?

Trade Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, and DAP.

9.What is your policy for quality or quantity claims?

In the event of specification variance, shortage, or transit damage, please follow the procedure below:

Review: Our technical team will review complete claim documents within 2 working days.

Resolution: Valid claims may be resolved through direct compensation, price adjustment, or replacement in a subsequent shipment, subject to mutual agreement.
