Prepainted Flat Sheets with PE Protective Film: Custom sheared flat sheets with optional PE protective film are available on request. The film helps reduce paint abrasion, scratching, and surface contamination during transportation, handling, shearing, and bending. Suitable for wall panels, composite doors, and metal ceilings.
High-Performance Paint Systems & Substrates: Our prepainted coils are produced with PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF paint systems over galvanized or galvalume steel substrates. According to our brochure, top coating is 5–35 μm and back coating is 5–20 μm. Colors are available in RAL codes or customer samples. PE offers cost-effective performance for general use; SMP, HDP, and PVDF provide improved weather resistance and color retention for architectural and industrial applications.
Patterned, Printed & Textured Flat Sheets: Patterned, printed, and textured prepainted sheets are available on request. Wood grain, brick texture, matte, and other decorative finishes can be discussed for wall cladding, interior panels, and architectural facades.

Every production batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Additional tests such as salt spray corrosion evaluation are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and sheet corner damage during ocean freight, our prepainted sheets use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, waterproof plastic wrapping, metallic corner protectors, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden pallets or steel skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
