Black Annealed Steel Strip: Processed in protective annealing furnaces to achieve good ductility, smooth bendability, and uniform tensile strength. It is ideal for heavy-duty packing steel strapping, pipe and tube manufacturing, construction fasteners, and hardware stamping. Custom widths and thicknesses are available to match different production lines.
Bright Steel Strip: Engineered with tight thickness tolerances and bright surface finishes. Supplied in SPCC, DC01, and spring steel grades for precision stamping, automotive interior components, electrical hardware, and industrial springs. The smooth surface helps reduce tool wear and improves forming accuracy.

Every batch of steel strips undergoes laboratory inspection, including tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and surface checks. All orders can be supplied with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and support third-party inspection on request. Our quality control process covers raw material, production, and final inspection to ensure consistent performance.
To prevent ocean moisture penetration, transit rust, and edge deformation during long-distance container transit, our steel strips use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic corner protectors, heavy-duty radial steel banding, and solid wooden pallets or steel frame crates for safe loading. This packaging is designed for container shipment and long-term storage.
