Corrugated Galvanized Roofing Sheets (GI): Available in traditional wave or high-strength trapezoidal designs. Thickness: 0.085–1.4 mm (common 0.12–0.8 mm). Raw material width: 900–1250 mm. Prepainted Steel Roofing Sheets (PPGI & PPGL): Premium PPGI roofing sheet and PPGL sheets are produced on hot-dip galvanized or galvalume substrates. Top coating: 5–35 μm (common 15–35 μm); back coating: 5–20 μm. Paint systems: PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF. Standard RAL colors or sample colors are available, with high UV reflectivity and long-lasting color retention.
Step Tile & Spanish Tile Panels: Pre-painted glazed tile panels combine classic tile aesthetics with steel strength. Lightweight, leak-proof, and designed with interlocking overlap joints for residential houses, villas, and commercial resorts. Available on request (confirm).
Trapezoidal Box Rib Roofing Panels: Heavy-duty trapezoidal roofing sheet in R100, R101, and IBR profiles for pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), factories, and logistics warehouses. Designed for high water drainage capacity and wide span support. Available on request (confirm).

To prevent ocean moisture penetration, transit rust, and edge damage, our roofing panels are packed in heavy-duty seaworthy export packaging: waterproof plastic film wrapping, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, metallic corner protectors, high-tensile steel banding, and solid ISPM 15 certified heat-treated wooden skids for safe forklift loading.
