PE, SMP, HDP & PVDF Coated Coils: Our color coated steel coils are produced with PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF paint systems over galvanized or galvalume steel substrates. PE offers cost-effective durability for general indoor and outdoor use. SMP, HDP, and PVDF provide improved weather resistance, color retention, and surface protection for architectural, industrial, and decorative applications. Specific performance requirements can be discussed on request.
Printed & Patterned Prepainted Coils: Design and patterned prepainted coils are available on request. They can be supplied with wood grain, brick texture, and other decorative finishes for wall cladding, interior panels, composite doors, and residential roofing. Please share your target pattern, color reference, and application so we can recommend a suitable coating system.
Matte & Textured Finish PPGI: Matte and textured prepainted coils are available on request. These finishes help reduce light glare, improve surface appearance, and suit high-end building facades, tile panels, and decorative applications.

Every production batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Additional tests such as salt spray corrosion evaluation are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and coil edge deformation during ocean freight, our prepainted coils use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner guards, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
