Cable Armoring Galvanized Strips: Galvanized steel strip is suitable for fiber optic cables, power cables, and telecommunication lines. It can provide mechanical protection against crush, impact, and corrosion. Specific zinc coating, tensile strength, and flexibility requirements are available on request.
Profile Roll-Forming & Conduit Strips: Galvanized strip can be used for light steel studs, drywall ceiling channels, C/U purlin sections, flexible metallic conduits, and lock-seam tubing. Commercial and lock-forming grades are available on request. Please share your profile, forming speed, and coating requirement so we can recommend a suitable specification.
Heavy Zinc & Anti-Fingerprint Strips: Heavy zinc coating and anti-fingerprint surface are available on request. According to our brochure, galvanized steel coil can be supplied with zinc coating from 30 g/m² to 600 g/m². Spangle options include big, regular, small, and zero spangle. Surface treatments such as chromated, oiled, or anti-fingerprint can be discussed according to your application.

Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and surface checks. Zinc coating thickness measurement, bend tests, and salt spray corrosion testing are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce white rust, moisture penetration, and edge deformation during sea transport, our galvanized strips use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic corner guards, heavy radial and circumferential steel banding, and solid wooden pallets or steel crates. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
