Pipe & Tube Grade Black Annealed Strips: According to our brochure, black annealed steel strip is available in thickness 0.2–4.5 mm and width 30–870 mm. It is suitable for ERW steel pipe manufacturing, furniture tubes, conduit pipes, and structural framing. Specific steel grades and mechanical properties are available on request.
Packaging & Baling Steel Straps: Black annealed steel strip can be used for industrial baling, timber bundling, pipe tying, and brick packaging. It offers good flexibility and tensile strength for general packing applications. Custom width, thickness, and coil weight can be discussed on request.
Stamping & Fastener Grades: Black annealed strip is suitable for hardware stamping, door hinges, mounting brackets, agricultural implements, and construction fasteners. Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, and dimensional checks. Bending tests and camber inspections are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce moisture penetration, surface rust, and coil edge deformation during sea transport, our strips use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic corner protectors, high-tensile radial and circumferential steel banding, and solid wooden pallets or steel crates. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
