Hot Rolled Steel Sheets & Heavy Plates: Regular supply thickness 0.8–19.0 mm; width 900–2000 mm; length 1000–12000 mm or as needed. Grades include Q195, Q235B, Q345B, Q355B, SS400, and A36. Heavier structural plates are available on request, subject to confirmation. These sheets offer good weldability, toughness, and load-bearing strength for construction, machinery, and structural fabrication.
Laser Cutting Pickled & Oiled Sheets (HRP&O): Acid-pickled and oiled hot rolled sheets, common 1.5–10.0 mm (confirm), with clean, scale-free surfaces. They are suitable for automated CNC laser cutting, precision stamping, and smooth fabrication. This product is widely used as laser cutting steel sheet for equipment parts, brackets, and panels.
Galvanized Flat Sheets (GI Cut-to-Length): Zinc coating 30–600 g/m²; thickness 0.1–3.5 mm; width 870–1250 mm. Available in regular, small, or zero spangle. Applications include HVAC ducting, structural panels, roofing, and agricultural equipment.
Prepainted Steel Sheets (PPGI & PPGL): Thickness 0.085–1.4 mm; width 900–1250 mm or as needed; top coating 5–35 μm (common 15–35 μm); back coating 5–20 μm. Paint systems include PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF. Colors are available in RAL codes or customer samples, with wood grain, brick texture, and anti-static finishes. PE protective film can be applied to reduce scratching during transport and cutting.
Chequered Floor Plates (Tear-Drop Pattern): Hot rolled anti-slip chequered floor plate, common 2.0–12.0 mm (confirm). The embossed tear-drop pattern provides high traction and wear resistance for industrial walkways, stair treads, truck floors, and marine decks.
Precision cutting: Cut-to-length shearing up to 12,000 mm; CNC laser cutting; plasma edge beveling (confirm).
Slitting: Narrow strip slitting down to 30 mm width.
Surface finishing: Anti-rust oil coating, shot blasting Sa 2.5, shop primer, edge deburring, and PE film application (confirm).
Dimensions: Product-specific thickness from 0.085 mm to 19 mm; width from 30 mm to 2000 mm.
Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including tensile strength, yield strength, coating weight measurement, bend tests, and salt spray corrosion testing. Ultrasonic testing (UT) and Charpy impact testing are available on request. All shipments can be supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and support third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or CCIC.
To prevent rust, scratches, and edge deformation during ocean transit, we use multi-layer export packaging: anti-rust VCI paper, waterproof plastic film, metallic corner protectors, heavy steel strapping, and ISPM 15 certified wooden pallets or skids. This packaging is suitable for container loading and breakbulk vessel shipment.
