Regular & Zero Spangle GI Coils: Available in Big Spangle, Regular Spangle, Small Spangle, and Zero Spangle surface finishes. Zero spangle coils offer a uniform, flat surface suitable for direct color coating, post-painting, and precision bending. Regular spangle coils provide the classic zinc crystal appearance for general construction and ventilation ducting. Small and big spangle options are also available according to our brochure.
High Zinc Coating GI Coils: Zinc coating weights from 30 g/m² to 600 g/m² are available. High zinc coating coils are designed for harsh marine, industrial, and agricultural environments, providing long-term corrosion protection for structural profiles, grain silos, and livestock equipment.
Commercial, Drawing & Structural Grades: Grades for general commercial, lock-forming, deep drawing, and high-strength structural applications are available on request. Please share your target application and mechanical requirements so we can recommend a suitable grade.

Every production batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including zinc coating thickness measurement, bend tests, tensile and yield strength verification, and surface checks. Salt spray corrosion testing is available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce white rust, transit moisture damage, and coil edge deformation during ocean freight, our coils use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner protectors, and heavy radial and circumferential steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is designed for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
