Wave Corrugated GI Sheets: Traditional wave corrugation is available for residential roofs, agricultural barns, fencing, and temporary housing. The lightweight profile allows easy handling, cost-effective installation, and simple overlap.
Trapezoidal / Box Rib GI Roofing Panels: Trapezoidal and box rib profiles are available on request. They are suitable for pre-engineered steel buildings, industrial factories, logistics warehouses, and commercial structures. Deeper ribs can improve bending rigidity and span performance.
Heavy Zinc Coated GI Roofing Sheets: According to our brochure, zinc coating can range from 30 g/m² to 600 g/m². Heavy zinc coating is suitable for livestock environments, coastal regions, and industrial areas requiring extended corrosion protection. Specific coating weights such as Z180–Z275 are available on request.
Base Materials: Roofing sheets can be produced from Galvanized, Galvalume, Zn-Al-Mg, PPGI, or PPGL substrates according to our brochure. Please share your target environment and service life so we can recommend a suitable substrate.

Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including zinc coating thickness measurement, bend tests, hardness checks, and tensile strength verification. Salt spray corrosion testing is available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce moisture penetration, white rust, and edge deformation during long-distance transit, our roofing panels use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, waterproof plastic film, metallic corner protectors, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for container shipment and safe unloading.
