Standard Commercial & Structural HRC: Built for structural fabrication, pressure vessels, transmission towers, and steel pipe manufacturing. Standard grades include Q195, Q235B, Q345B, Q355B, SS400, and ASTM A36. These coils and sheets offer good formability, weldability, and load-bearing strength for general industrial applications. Higher grades such as S355JR and S275JR are available on request.
Hot Rolled Chequered Floor Coils & Sheets: Embossed with tear-drop or diamond patterns for anti-slip safety. They are widely used for industrial flooring, stair treads, truck platforms, railcar decking, and marine gangways requiring high traction and wear resistance. The checkered surface helps improve safety in wet, oily, and heavy-traffic environments.
Pickled & Oiled Steel Coils (HRP&O): Available on request. HRP&O coils are processed to remove mill scale and then oiled to prevent rust, providing a clean surface for laser cutting, stamping, and powder coating. Common thickness 1.2–10.0 mm can be discussed on request. This product is suitable for applications requiring a smooth, scale-free surface finish.

Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including chemical analysis, tensile and yield strength testing, and surface inspection. Charpy impact testing and ultrasonic flaw detection are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection such as SGS, BV, or CCIC is available on request.
To prevent ocean transit rust, abrasion, and coil telescoping, our coils use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner protectors, and heavy radial and circumferential steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is designed for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
