GI Cut-to-Length Flat Sheets: Sheared from prime hot-dip galvanized coils with tension-leveling to ensure good surface flatness. Available in zero spangle, small spangle, regular spangle, or big spangle finishes. These sheets are suitable for ventilation ducting, electrical enclosures, cabinet manufacturing, and general fabrication. Commercial, lock-forming, and drawing grades are available on request.
Heavy-Duty Zinc Coated Sheets: According to our brochure, zinc coating can range from 30 g/m² to 600 g/m². Heavy zinc coating is suitable for outdoor, marine, agricultural, and industrial environments requiring extended corrosion protection. Typical applications include grain silos, agricultural equipment, structural panels, and coastal infrastructure.
Deep Drawing & Structural Grade GI Sheets: Deep drawing and high-strength structural grades are available on request. Please share your target application, strength requirement, and forming method so we can recommend a suitable specification.

Every production batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including zinc coating thickness measurement, bend tests, tensile and yield strength verification, and surface checks. Salt spray corrosion testing is available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce white rust, surface abrasion, and edge damage during long-distance ocean transit, our galvanized sheets are packed with multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic corner protectors, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden pallets or steel skids. This packaging is suitable for container shipment and safe unloading.
