Corrugated PPGI & PPGL Roofing Sheets: Manufactured on galvanized or galvalume steel substrates. According to our brochure, PPGI / PPGL coils are available with top coating 5–35 μm and back coating 5–20 μm, using PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF paint systems. Colors are available in RAL codes or customer samples. These prepainted roofing sheets are suitable for residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings.
Step Tile & Spanish Tile Prepainted Panels: Step tile and Spanish tile profiles are available on request. They are designed for villas, residential roofs, resorts, and commercial buildings requiring a classic tile appearance with steel strength. Please share your target profile and application so we can recommend a suitable specification.
Trapezoidal Box Rib Prepainted Panels: Trapezoidal and box rib profiles are available on request. They are suitable for industrial factories, logistics warehouses, and pre-engineered steel buildings requiring good water drainage and span performance.
Base Materials: Roofing sheets can be produced from Galvanized, Galvalume, Zn-Al-Mg, PPGI, or PPGL substrates according to our brochure. GI zinc coating can range from 30–600 g/m², and GL coating from 20–180 g/m² on request. Spangle options include Big, Regular, Small, and Zero Spangle.

Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including paint film thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Salt spray corrosion testing is available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint abrasion, moisture penetration, and sheet edge deformation during sea transport, our roofing panels use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, waterproof plastic barriers, metallic corner protectors, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for container shipment and safe unloading.
