Prepainted corrugated roofing sheets combine a metallic-coated substrate with an organic paint system. The coating provides color, surface protection, and weather resistance. Corrugated profiles improve stiffness and drainage. Specific performance data such as color retention, thermal reflectivity, and service life are available on request.

General roofing, cladding, and fencing
Every batch undergoes inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Salt spray corrosion testing and color matching checks are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and edge deformation during ocean freight, our roofing sheets use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic corner guards, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for container shipment and safe unloading.
