Every batch undergoes inspection, including coating weight measurement, bend tests, tensile strength verification, and surface checks. Salt spray corrosion testing is available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce moisture damage, surface oxidation, and coil edge deformation during ocean transport, our ZAM coils use multi-layer export packaging: rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, metallic outer casing, corner protectors, and heavy steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
