PE protective film can be applied to reduce scratches and surface contamination during transport, handling, shearing, and bending. Film thickness, color, UV resistance, and laser-cutting compatibility are available on request. Specific adhesive performance and peeling behavior can be discussed according to your process.
Prepainted flat sheets offer color stability, surface protection, and good formability. They are suitable for shearing, bending, roll forming, and general fabrication. PE film can help protect the paint surface before final installation. Specific performance data is available on request.

General fabrication and decorative steel panels
Every batch undergoes inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Salt spray corrosion testing and color matching checks are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and sheet edge deformation during ocean freight, our prepainted sheets use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner guards, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
