Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Gloss level verification, pattern uniformity checks, and salt spray corrosion testing are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and coil edge deformation during ocean freight, our prepainted coils use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner guards, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
