Our color-coated coils are produced with PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF paint systems over galvanized or galvalume steel substrates. According to our brochure, top coating is 5–35 μm and back coating is 5–20 μm. Colors are available in RAL codes or customer samples.
PE Coated Coil: General polyester coating suitable for standard industrial roofing, indoor partitions, and general commercial construction. It offers good flexibility and a wide color range.
SMP Coated Coil: Silicone-modified polyester coating is available for improved weather resistance and color retention compared with standard PE. Suitable for general exterior building panels and roofing.
HDP Coated Coil: High-durable polyester coating is designed for better UV resistance and chalking resistance. Suitable for sunny, tropical, and humid coastal environments.
PVDF Coated Coil: Fluorocarbon coating is available on request for premium architectural facades, marine infrastructure, and aggressive industrial environments. Specific resin content and warranty terms can be discussed on request.

General fabrication and post-painting
Every batch undergoes laboratory inspection, including paint coating thickness measurement, bend tests, adhesion checks, hardness checks, and surface inspection. Salt spray corrosion testing and color matching checks are available on request. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied on request, and third-party inspection is available on request.
To reduce paint scratches, moisture penetration, and coil edge deformation during ocean freight, our prepainted coils use multi-layer export packaging: protective PE surface film, rust-inhibiting VCI paper, plastic moisture barriers, galvanized steel outer casing, metallic corner guards, and high-tensile steel banding on heat-treated wooden skids. This packaging is suitable for long-distance container shipment and safe unloading.
